Do the Simple Things Savagely Well for Uncommon Results
What is Rotational Power Strength
Coach Kevin Duffy opened Rotational Power Strength in November of 2020 in Massachusetts, USA. During this time frame, a few things have changed. However, the training philosophy has not. The goal at RPS is: Do the simple things savagely well for uncommon results. RPS's primary focus is on holding each person accountable for the goals they set for themselves upon entering the facility and helping them to expand upon those goals as they progress through training. This personalized accountability is accomplished through private and semi-private training sessions. The smaller training groups allow each coach to get to know you and help you to accomplish these goals as safely and efficiently as possible.

What We Do At RPS
Private Personal Training
Our Personal training services focus on your exact goals and accommodate your schedule or location preferences. Our first session together involves a detailed movement screen, assessments, and discussions about your preferences. I develop an individualized training program based on your experience, physical capabilities, lifestyle, and needs. I have worked with clients of all walks of life, men and women of all ages and abilities. My clients include individuals over the age of 80, injured military veterans, people looking to improve their golf game, as well as college-level and professional athletes. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training takes place Monday-Friday, 6 am-930 am. Sign-ups are required. However, each client can come and go on a flexible schedule with no more than 5 clients starting in the same 30-minute time block. We develop an individualized program for each client, but you will benefit from training in a community environment. We believe in the long-term approach to training to ensure lifelong fitness. Rotational Power Strength, Acton is the only gym that comes with a money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your results after following the training program... I will personally refund You!
RPS High School Athlete Training
Junior sports is ever-evolving. Adding a responsible, optimized and engaging training program plus environment to your child’s life is the best way to give them a head start in their athletic careers. The task of building a fundamentally strong and proud athlete is a task that I take very seriously, and I look forward to shaping the next generation of athletes and their characters. RPS Semi-private classes run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm-6pm. Each athlete has an individualized program formulated for him/her, while simultaneously training and competing in a team environment. The program can be started on the 1st or 15th of every month.

Book a Fitness Evaluation
Coach Kevin Duffy and Dr. Tim Riviotto are both Titleist Performance Institute coaches who will take you through an extensive golf fitness evaluation.
Upon completing the evaluation and goal setting, we will fit you with one of the four programming options. The options are Semi-private training, private training, hybrid training in person, as well as online, and then fully remote online offerings are available as well.
You should leave the evaluation with a full understanding of your goals and the plan of action to accomplish them!

No, you don't need to max out to get stronger, but a steady progression in form, technique, complexity, and load will make you stronger and able to produce more speed and power.
-
A combination of both strength and flexibility is where the best results come from. You would never build a house and leave the roof off at the end, there is room for everything in a well-rounded program.
-
The training that would lead to you becoming overly bulky and not able to play the sport you love is something we have no intention of giving you. You will be a stronger and more flexible athlete when you train at RPS. That is our promise.
